Elskbar’s teen period underwear is made from carefully selected natural materials, free from the chemicals hidden in many disposable period products — and independently laboratory tested PFAS-free.
The primary fabric is TENCEL™ — a silky soft, environmentally friendly material made from wood fibres. The absorbent layers in the gusset are made from bamboo, which is naturally antibacterial, breathable and highly absorbent. The outer waterproof layer is a breathable TPU fabric that keeps blood in and protects clothing from leaks.

When we developed the underwear in collaboration with young girls, many of them actually wanted a black interior. Instead, we chose a peach colour on the inside rather than pure white — a small middle ground that hides stains slightly more, without losing an overview of the period.
We believe that knowledge is better than uncertainty, and that periods are something to be learned and understood, not something to be hidden. At the same time, the light interior makes it easy for your daughter to know when it’s time to change — when the blood reaches the elastic in the gusset, it’s a sign that it’s time to change to avoid leaking.

What age and size are Teen Period Underwear Night suitable for?
Although they are called Teen Period Underwear, they are designed for young girls aged 9–16 — meaning children, tweens and teenagers alike. They are available in sizes 134–140, 146–152, 158–164 and 170–176.
