Prices

At Elskbar ApS, we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. At the same time, reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Elskbar ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, PayPal, MobilePay and bank transfer. The payment will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are settled in the selected currency and include VAT in EU countries. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Elskbar ApS strives to ship within 1-2 business days. We ship to the whole world. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. Your goods are shipped with PostNord. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering in Denmark and between 5 and 15 business days in the rest of the world.

Warrenty

A two-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price discounted, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling, washing, or wear of the product. The right of complaint lapses if you do not wash according to Elskbar’s washing instructions. You must advertise in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. Elskbar ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Read more about your warranty on the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s website. Refund

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of return - right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop where the packaging is not broken, items have not been tried on or washed. Elskbar’s periode underwear where the sail on the packaging is broken are not suitable to be returned due to hygiene reasons. The period is calculated from the day on which you receive the order. You will have to bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days of returning the shipment. The message must be given by email at louise@elskbar.com. In the message, make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, you must send it securely packed and in the same condition as when you received it. Enclose a note where you write your name and order number to: Elskbar ApS Rosbjergvej 22M 8220 Brabrand Denmark You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the product, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Goods except right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Elskbar’s periode underwear where the sail on the packaging is broken are not suitable to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been tried on.
  • Goods that have been put into service.
  • Goods that are washed.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must incur the direct costs of return. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. Only return periode underwear in their original packaging where the sail is not broken. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. We do not receive packages sent per demand.

Condition of the product upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full amount of the purchase, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. By applying the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
