Superpower: Live by your cycle

We are proud to invite you to an evening at Elskbar, where we will be visited by cycle communicator and author Ayoe Westh.
Ayoe has been working with the women’s cycle for two decades, and she shares her knowledge of why knowing your cycle is one of the greatest resources you have as a woman. With this lecture, you will leave with greater knowledge about your own cycle – and tools to organize your life according to it, so that you can live with more energy, strength and balance.

It’s about understanding the four phases you go through each month, and how that knowledge can give you a whole new relationship with your body, your hormones and your energy.

Ayoe is the author of the book Superkraft, which you will be able to buy after the lecture.
