Light Flow is ideal for those days when you bleed lightly: at the start or end of your cycle, or as a safe backup to the Elskbar Menstrual Disc. They can also be used for discharge or light urine leakage. The absorbent piece is similar to a panty liner and has the softest white bamboo velour against the skin.

The Light Flow underwear are very elastic and light, as they are only sewn in one layer of TENCEL™. It differs from Elskbar’s Regular and Heavy Flow underwear, which are sewn in two layers. For the same reason, the stitching of the absorbent piece can be seen from the outside.

The materials are chosen with consideration for both the environment and your vagina. The underwear themselves are sewn in silky soft and breathable TENCEL,™ made of wood fibers. In the gusset, you will find bamboo, which allows the skin to breathe, is naturally antibacterial and particularly absorbent. A breathable layer of waterproof TPU prevents leaks and gives you peace of mind in your everyday life.

The elastics are designed to be soft and gentle, so they don’t tighten your stomach or leave marks.

Wear your Elskable period underwear like your normal underwear.
Continue with your daily activities without any worries. Change the underwear as needed depending on when in your cycle you use them. They can easily be used all day.
Out of the house? Bring an extra pair. The used underwear can be stored in a small Elskbar wetbag until you get home again.
Rinse the underwear in cold water before washing them in the washing machine.
Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees. The period underwear can easily be clean as long as they are rinsed free of blood before washing.
Hang them to dry.

Tip: Start by testing the concept with 2-3 pairs of panties. You can add more later when you experience how comfortable they are. The optimal number of panties is between 7 and 10 pieces, depending on how often you change and wash.
