Menstrual Disc

A menstrual disc is a reusable menstrual product that collects blood instead of absorbing it like tampons and pads do. It is shaped like a soft and flexible bowl that is placed just below the cervix. It sits higher than a menstrual cup and does not create a vacuum, which is much more comfortable. A menstrual disc can be used for up to 12 hours at a time and provides a leak-free, sustainable and comfortable menstrual experience. You will definitely love using it!

Unlike a menstrual cup and a tampon, a disc is placed higher up in the vagina – just below the cervix.

How to use the disk:

• You fold the disc in half so that it is the size of a tampon. It is brought backwards towards the coccyx and then pushed up behind the pubic bone.
• Leave it on for up to 12 hours – even during sleep, sports and sex.
• Easily removed with the small, innovative handle.
• Empty it into the toilet
• Rinse it under the tap and put it back up.

• Wash and sterilize the disc before each use.
• Do not use it for more than 12 hours without taking it out and cleaning it.
• Do not use as a contraceptive and do not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases.
• Do not use the menstrual disc for postpartum bleeding.
• If you have an IUD, we recommend that you talk to your doctor before using a disc.
• Replace the disc if it becomes damaged, discolored, or loses its flexibility.
• Consider replacing it after an infection.
