I would recommend the Elskbar Natural Snap-In because it is flexible with different inserts that can be buttoned in and out and folded in different ways. With the snake insert folded in the pee zone, it absorb amazingly! The diaper sits brilliantly on our slim girl, but I could imagine that it will do just as well on thick thighs.

I love that it has a snug fit on the baby and still has high absorbency. It is also nice and narrow between the legs of the child. It's great that it comes with a booster so you don't have to go out and buy it separately. It is clear that the diaper was designed by a mother who has used and loves modern cloth diapers herself.
