I would recommend Elskbar because it is a flexible diaper with the different inserts that can be snapped in and out and folded in different ways. With the snake insert folded in the pee zone, it absorb amazingly! The diaper sits brilliantly on our slim girl, but I could imagine that it will do just as well on thick thighs.

I love that it has a snug fit on the baby and still has high absorbency. It's also nicely narrow between the legs of the baby. It's great that it comes with a booster so you don't have to go out and buy it separately. It is clear that the diaper was designed by a mother who has used and loves modern cloth diapers herself.
